The demo can hold pixels briefly and publish local records before manual artwork review. It performs no wallet payment or real wallet ownership transfer. Example artwork is illustrative, and selection alone creates no entitlement.
Devnet claims require a quoted and finalized native SOL payment through the official checkout. The spatial record is maintained off-chain; a transfer outside this flow does not create pixel ownership. $SMRK token mechanics remain a future phase.
Legal terms and operational policies require review before a public launch. Mainnet integration, wallet recovery, complete moderation and independent preservation are still pending.
